Brandon’s 20 years’ experience in the financial industry includes stints with HSBC and Citigroup. Prior to establishing Pinnacle Capital Asia, he was Executive Director of Credit Suisse Private Banking, leading a team of seasoned bankers.
Pinnacle Capital Asia is the culmination of Brandon’s years of building trust and relationship with his clients. Riding on the crest of transformation within the wealth management industry, Brandon founded Pinnacle with the encouragement of his clients. He is convinced that his clients’ interest is best served by an independent asset management/multi-family office setup.
As Chief Executive Officer and founder, Brandon charts the strategic direction and shapes the ethos of our company. He grows the firm by attracting like-minded professionals who share the company’s values. By building partnerships with banks and other institutions, he also allows Pinnacle Capital Asia to offer all-round expertise and holistic solutions to meet the diverse needs of high net-worth families within the region.

Luther Chiam

Luther is backed by three decades of experience in investment advisory, asset management and institutional equity sales. He began his investment career with OUB Asset Management and moved into various roles in different organisations including Saloman Smith Barney and ING Barings. Prior to founding Pinnacle Capital Asia, Luther was the Executive Director for Investment Consulting at Credit Suisse AG, managing portfolios in the order of USD800m. He counts his ability to manage investments through numerous tumultuous markets as one of his strengths.
As Chief Investment Officer of Pinnacle Capital Asia, Luther is instrumental in laying the foundations for building the company into a reputable fiduciary. Believing in a collaborative approach to growth, he develops external partnerships and builds a strong team by pulling together like-minded talent. He leads and empowers the team in developing long-term investment strategies with the clients’ best interests at heart.
On a personal level, Luther’s interest in investment was piqued in his teenage years and it is a life passion that he has followed. He enjoys the intellectual demands of his work, keeping tabs on the geopolitics, economic policies, technological advances and various developments that impact the market. While this is exhilarating, what truly motivates him is the privilege of gaining the trust of his clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Kate Tee

An engineering student who entered banking by chance, Kate’s career has been propelled by her interest in the ever-expanding universe of the finance industry. With over a decade’s experience in the banking sector, including 10 years in Credit Suisse AG Singapore, she has a deep understanding of both the industry’s workings and the needs of our clients. Kate also brings with her a steadfast belief in building confidence on the foundations of trust and openness, be it with clients or between team members.
As general manager of Pinnacle Capital Asia, Kate ensures the smooth internal and external operations expected of an established and trusted independent asset management company. As a founding member, she has been instrumental in nurturing a collaborative company culture that values professionalism as much as genuine human relationships.
Eliza Lim
Compliance Manager

A Fellow Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Consultant, Eliza’s qualifications are matched by her corporate responsibilities and achievements. A recipient of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants’ 30 Years Membership Milestone Badge – a recognition of those who uphold the highest standards in ethical and professional conduct – she is experienced in the areas of Audit & Assurance, Finance, Business Management and Corporate Governance. Previously the CFO for an aviation company with an international presence, she also brings insights on compliance from a holistic, operational perspective.
While Eliza taps into her diverse professional experience to set and maintain best practices in compliance and risk management, she firmly believes that it is not systems and processes that make a company, but the people. As part of Pinnacle Capital Asia’s core team, she fosters a team culture that reveres integrity and professionalism, and one that always advocates best practices – that which translates to a steadiness in bringing results for our clients.
Seah Chin Hin
Senior Partner
A Chartered Financial Analyst with over 30 years’ experience in areas spanning investment management, institutional marketing and private banking. Chin Hin is a key member of the Wealth Management division at Pinnacle Capital Asia. Prior to this, he was Executive Director of Private Banking at LGT Bank Singapore and Director of Private Banking at Credit Suisse AG, among others, and has managed portfolios in the order of USD800m.
Tshua Ngee
Principal Investor
Tshua Ngee comes with almost three decades’ experience in credit research and managing fixed income portfolios. He was the lead fixed income manager with Western Asset Management and sat on the investment committee overseeing structured credits with the ZAIS Group. At Bank of Singapore, Tshua Ngee was Executive Director of Fixed Income Research.
Sherman Chong, CFA
Investment Advisor, Co-Portfolio Manager

Sherman has an economics degree with a second major in Finance from the Singapore Management University. He held various roles in Credit Suisse before joining Pinnacle in 2019.
As investment advisor and co-portfolio manager for Pinnacle Capital Asia, Sherman is responsible for managing both clients' investment portfolios and Strategic Opportunities Fund. An avid gamer, basketballer and dancer with a strong curiosity for new businesses and technology, Sherman helps to balance the team’s overall expertise.
Ephraim Firmin
Business Development Executive/ Co-Portfolio Manager
An attorney by training and an MBA graduate, Ephraim leads our Family Office Advisory and is an Investment Analyst and co-portfolio manager for Strategic Opportunities Fund. Prior to joining Pinnacle Capital Asia in 2020, he had years of experiences in both corporate law and investment management. An avid student of history and science/technology, Ephraim compliments the investment team with unique perspectives and thoughts.
